This role requires a champion of a highly scalable, business-centric technology ecosystem, and the ability to align application strategy with the company's north star pillars. Key responsibilities include application modernization, architecture, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making. The VP will also be instrumental in instilling a culture of scalability, operational excellence, and leading a high-performing, agile team.Applicants for the Vice President of Enterprise Applications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications, with a proven track record in modernizing application portfolios. Deep expertise in enterprise platforms, cloud solutions, and modern delivery practices such as Agile and DevOps is essential. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, and a history of fostering business-IT alignment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, experience in a technology-intensive industry, and certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
