This early, high-ownership role is ideal for a builder who is passionate about shipping, partnering closely with the business, and shaping product direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering full-stack features, leading the evolution of a production platform for high-scale fan campaigns, and working closely with leadership to establish engineering best practices and technical direction. An interest in the music industry or creator economy is a plus, as the company is dedicated to maximizing long-term fan engagement and monetization for musicians and creators. The CTO / Founding Engineer will be a key player in the development of a web platform that has already demonstrated real traction and is designed to turn anonymous listeners and followers into engaged fans and repeat buyers. The role requires a hands-on builder with a strong background in full-stack engineering, particularly with a backend focus, and at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, be self-sufficient, proactive, and accountable for outcomes, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. The tech stack includes Angular for the frontend, .NET for the backend, PostgreSQL for the database, and AWS for cloud services.
