Our marketing engine, content, and community are bringing qualified investors to the table every day; your job is to turn those conversations into long-term capital on the platform.You'll be the face of mogul for hundreds of investors making real decisions about real money. That means you need to know the product, speak credibly about real estate as an asset class, and earn trust quickly. The right person here isn't a "closer" in the classic sense, they're a consultative operator who can educate, build rapport, and guide investors to the right decision for them.If you're energized by high-volume, high-quality conversations and want to help define what a modern fintech sales motion looks like, this is your seat.What You'll DoRun scheduled discovery and onboarding calls with inbound investors who've raised their handEducate prospective investors on mogul's offerings, the underlying real estate, and how the platform fits into their broader portfolio strategyBuild trust quickly: answer hard questions about risk, returns, liquidity, and structure with clarity and confidenceManage a full pipeline in our CRM with discipline: follow-ups, next steps, and accurate forecastingConvert qualified conversations into funded investor accounts and ongoing capital deploymentPartner with marketing and GTM to feed real investor objections, questions, and signals back into messaging, content, and ICP refinementHelp shape the AE playbook as we scale. This isn't a "run the script" roleWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in fintech, wealth management, real estate, or a high-trust consultative environmentA track record of hitting and exceeding quota in an inbound or hybrid sales motionGenuine fluency in (or deep curiosity about) real estate, investing, and personal finance.
