Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Committed to excellence, Twin Vee PowerCats takes pride in delivering the best performing boats in the industry.Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level, hands-on support across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and investor/shareholder communications. This role requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal English skills, and the ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.This is not a specialist role. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple disciplines while keeping the CEO organized, informed, and effective.Key Responsibilities· Direct daily support to the CEO across business, operational, and administrative matters· Manage calendars, meetings, calls, travel, and priorities with minimal supervision· Draft, review, and manage professional communications (emails, texts, documents)· Assist with sales, marketing, and operational coordination and follow-up· Support basic accounting and financial tasks (spreadsheets, expense tracking, data organization)· Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and internal documents· Assist with investor and shareholder communications, scheduling, and materials· Track action items and ensure timely execution and follow-through· Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismRequired Skills & Experience· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and general office software· Some accounting or financial exposure (not expert level)· Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines· Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through· Comfortable with high expectations and direct communication· Willingness to be available outside normal business hoursIdeal Candidate Traits· Highly responsive and dependable· Fast learner with business curiosity· Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented· Comfortable operating in a CEO-level environment· Takes ownership and anticipates needs· Professional, discreet, and matureCompensation· Competitive, based on experience· Growth opportunity within a public-company operating environment*No recruiters please*
