Our technology teams work on system integrations, workflow automation, and continuous platform enhancements in a highly regulated environment.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced IFS Developer to design, develop, test, and support BPM-based web applications and enterprise integrations within a financial services environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to build and enhance scalable workflow solutions, integrate REST/SOAP services, and develop efficient SQL Server components while ensuring system performance and reliability. The candidate will participate in Agile delivery, support deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and production environments, and collaborate closely with QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, business-focused technology solutions.General Expectation1. Strong hands-on experience in BPM-based application development and enterprise system integration2. Proficient in REST and SOAP web services with solid understanding of SOA principles3. Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures, functions, views, and performance tuning4. Experience working in distributed systems with integration across legacy and modern platforms5. Familiar with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, release cycles, and SDLC environments (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)6. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail7.
