.NET backend development

Job title: .NET backend developmentWork Location: Fort Mill, SC• Minimum years of experience required: 10 plus• Please Confirm Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS) - .Net, AWS, Angular, Oracle/SQLJD Below:We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong .NET backend expertise, hands-on Angular development experience, and solid working knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead distributed teams, drive solution design, and ensure high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive IT experience for each year of education).- 12+ years of IT experience, primarily in backend engineering and enterprise solution development.- Must be a U.S. $No Visa Sponsership$ or authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, including API development, microservices, and backend architecture.- Practical development experience in Angular (components, services).- Working experience with AWS cloud environments.-KafkaPreferred Qualifications- 10+ years of in-depth experience in .NET backend development and team leadership.- Experience designing and delivering applications using .NET + Angular stacks in Agile/Scrum teams.- 2+ years of AWS cloud experience, with exposure to EKS, CloudWatch, SQS, Glue, DocumentDB.At least 4 years of working experience in Safe/Scrum Agile with extensive knowledge in Agile ceremoniesExperience in managing Development KPIs and metrics for the project and ensuring successful defect free deployment- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, including best practices for logging, exception handling, and scalability.- Hands-on experience with API testing and other tools (Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, Thunder Client).- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL).- Experience collaborating with DevOps and Cloud Architects in CI/CD environments using Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy.- Ability to build reusable frameworks and components following enterprise reference architectures.- Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with abstract or undefined problems.- Experience in the Financial Services domain preferred.Build reusable frameworks and components as per the reference architecture.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and third-party teams.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
