Paramount Construction Clearwater, FL | Tampa Bay Area Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $100,000 – $200,000+ per year (Commission-Based) Job Description Paramount Construction is hiring a motivated In-Home Sales Representative for roofing and exterior home improvement sales. This is a full-time, commission-based sales position with pre-set appointments provided and no cold calling or no lead generation required. This role is ideal for experienced roofing sales representatives, home improvement sales consultants, or one-call close professionals who excel at closing deals. Key Responsibilities Run pre-set in-home sales appointments for exterior remodeling projects (roofing, windows, doors, siding) (no prospecting required) Follow a proven one-call close sales process Conduct roof inspections and exterior property evaluations Measure and scope projects to generate accurate pricing Educate homeowners on home improvement solutions, products, installation process, warranties, and financing options Overcome objections and close sales same day Complete contracts, financing paperwork, and CRM documentation Communicate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff Maintain ethical sales practices and professional standards Qualifications Experience in in-house sales, roofing sales, or home improvement sales Proven ability to close deals face-to-face Comfortable with commission-only compensation Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential Average earnings (OTE) $125,000+ per year Top performers earn $200,000+ per year Paid training during onboarding Health & dental insurance available (50/50 premium split) 401(k) retirement plan available Ongoing sales training, coaching, and advancement opportunities Why Work With Paramount Construction?
