Sales Coordinator (Onsite, $18/hour)

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both client-facing sales activities and backend sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing communication with prospects and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of internal sales systems. You'll help ensure smooth sales processes, strong documentation, and consistent operational execution across the team. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an initial point of contact for prospective clients via phone and emailRespond promptly and professionally to customer and prospect inquiriesAssist with outbound follow-up and sales communicationsSupport Sales Representatives in building and maintaining client relationshipsCoordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up schedulingMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM systemEnter new leads, update contact information, and document interactionsAssist with lead review and assignmentMonitor pipeline organization and ensure proper follow-up documentationSupport internal reporting and pipeline trackingPrepare and process sales agreements according to approved termsEnsure all agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standardsMaintain organized records of agreements, amendments, and renewalsCoordinate revisions as directed by sales leadershipAssist with proposals, documentation, and sales presentationsSupport leadership with documentation, reporting, and communicationMaintain consistency and accuracy across sales processesProcess sales-related documentation efficientlyAssist with internal coordination across the sales teamAssist with preparation, packing, shipping, and tracking of event materialsMaintain inventory of promotional/marketing suppliesTrack stock levels and coordinate ordering as necessarySupport post-event organization and materials management Qualification & Experience Requirements:3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operationsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience using CRM systemsExperience preparing contracts or business agreementsExperience supporting both outbound sales activity and internal sales operationsExperience coordinating events, logistics, or marketing inventoryIndustry experience in utilities, property management, submetering, or related fieldsBilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)Dependable, organized, and process‑oriented professionalStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable balancing client-facing and administrative activitiesProactive, adaptable, and able to shift priorities as neededTeam-oriented with a long-term growth mindset Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to FridayLocation: Safety Harbor, FL 34695 (Onsite only)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
