Optomi, in partnership, with a leading media company, is seeking a Principal GenAI Developer to join their team! This is a hybrid position in Orlando, FL 2x/week. Responsibilities: Add enhancements to an existing AI-powered agent from proof of concept to a production-ready enterprise application. Establish technical foundation for long-term ownership across the enterprise.Improve scalability, performance, reliability, and response quality.Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to continuously improve AI outputs.Expand enterprise data integrations and internal knowledge sources.Develop and enhance AI agents and multi-agent workflows.Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in weekly agile sprint cycles.Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Continuously iterate on the platform based on internal beta-user feedback.
