Applicants for the Tax Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree in accountancy or taxation preferred. A CPA, Attorney, or EA certification is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of relevant tax experience, with a strong preference for those with industry expertise in one or more tax specialties. Superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
