The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trial Strategy, and our partner companies to provide support in translating patient recruitment strategies for clinical research studies into compelling proposals for new business in the pharmaceutical industry. If you want an exciting career in a growing company with growth opportunities, where you can use your academic skills or previous expertise (including copy editing, scientific publishing etc.) and while developing and growing your career even further, this is the opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesUnderstand issues and client requirements working with the Sales Team and identify information to be addressed in the proposal textReview and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents to gain an understanding of client requirements and assist in identifying missing informationRecommend proposal and overall study strategies, based on experienceEstablish timelines and deliverables and hold internal stakeholders accountable to those plans and timelineExtract relevant content from Subject-Matter Experts and consolidate this expertise into a meaningful proposal narrativeInclude relevant data visualization materials into documentsCollate follow-up questions for additional information as requestedDraft standard documents in accordance with the agreed strategy and Sponsor requirements within often expedited timelinesContribute to assigned process improvement initiatives and support implementationDefine action plans and timelines; manage and determine modifications needed to ensure proposal alignment with client requirements and business strategiesPerform quality control/peer review and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departmentsQualifications, Experience and SkillsMinimum of 1 years experience in Healthcare industry writing proposalsFocus on feasibility and patient recruitment/ engagement would be preferable but not mandatoryExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skillsEducational RequirementsUniversity degree (bachelor or master level) or clinical background (nursing, MD) preferredLife at TrialbeeAt Trialbee, we are all passionate about making a difference as we innovate the future of clinical trial patient enrollment.
