Document Control Coordinator
OverviewProvide team leadership, technical and non-technical support to all activities in respect to document control, document retention, and document reporting. Competencies:Project Controls & Project ReportingRecords RetentionVendor DataResponsibilities:Leads/coordinates a document control team.Develop and implement master document management system requirements.Develop Document Control plans, processes, and procedures.Ensure project documentation/version control and accurate and timely distribution/transmission to project stakeholders.Work with project team members to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with project and company document creation, control, retention, and reporting requirements.Participate in third-party and internal quality audits involving area of responsibility and assist with related corrective/preventative action planning and implementation.Finalize the closeout of project records.Coordinate with and foster open lines of communication amongst all project team members.Strive for continuous improvement across all areas of work.Other duties as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field of study preferred.Seven or more (7+) years of experience.Expert in engineering and construction projects, nomenclature, and associated document numbering conventions.Current Omega 365 Pims R4 document control software experience preferred.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.High level of personal integrity, creativity, persistence, curiosity, and enthusiasm.The candidate should be a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.Strong computer skills (MS Office).Proficient in both written and spoken English.
