About the role: Cloudflare provides consultative and hands-on implementation and migration services for enterprise customers. As a Professional Services Consultant for Network Services, you are an individual contributor in the post-sales landscape, responsible for the technical execution of solutions and guidance to customers to maximize value from their Cloudflare investment. You are a security expert with experience in ZTNA, Data Loss Prevention, Email security, CASB, SASE.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Travel is expected What you will do is described in the responsibilities and qualifications sections below.

Responsibilities Act as a Product Manager of Professional Services, specifically in Network Services.
Prioritize and execute on building offerings aligned with the strategic vision.
Review information gathered by PS Leaders and Consultants to understand offering value propositions.
Execute on building PS offerings based on direction from Leadership.
Builds sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits/accelerators.
Lead efforts to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement.
Create service offerings aligned with quick wins.
Focus on a-la-carte add-on services and packaged services for Mid-Market, Enterprise, etc.
Demonstrate strong communication across the PS organization and Customer Success teams.
Own and launch internal and external marketing campaigns about new or improved offerings.
Drive the team's understanding of Cloudflare's platform and capabilities, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; or minimum 5 years in a technical role if no degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Project Management, or a customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of the Professional Services landscape (internal and partner-provided).
Prior work as Product Manager, Practice Manager, Implementation Manager, or Solutions Engineer.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience developing training strategies, operations, and action plans.
Ability to explain technical concepts to customer and PS audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Jira and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
English fluency (written and oral).
Technical skills include networking and security concepts: TCP/IP, UDP, TLS, DNS, HTTP; proxies, IPv4/IPv6, VPNs, firewall configuration; BGP, GRE/IPSec, MPLS, SD-WAN, NetFlow/sFlow; CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, load balancing; and related technologies.
Preferred Skills Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Compensation & Equity Compensation may be adjusted based on location.
Colorado: $120,000 – $165,000 per year
New York City and Washington, DC Metro: $132,000 – $182,000 per year
Equity: This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
