Lead RTP Module Technician (Semiconductor)
Job Title: Lead RTP Module TechnicianLocation: Hopewell Junction, NY (north of NYC near Fishkill)Employment Type: Full-time directIndustry: Semiconductor - 300mm automated lineCompensation: $25.53-$44.76 / hour (they will consider more senior candidates at a higher rate/level)Work Schedule: This is a night shift position. Night 1 (Sunday-Tuesday, e/o Saturday) 6:30pm-6:30am or Night 2 (Wednesday-Friday, e/o Saturday) 6:30pm-6-30am.They are looking for AMAT RTP/RTA process equipment experience. What You'll Do: React to error messages of factory systems and/or equipmentPerform maintenance on AMAT Vantage and Centura Radiance, Radiance Vulcan, SiNgen, DPN chambersPerform full preventive maintenance activities, which include:Removal and installation of rebuilt assemblies or subassemblies within the allotted timeline, with attention to detail to achieve first-time right.Ensuring assemblies are built to achieve target lifetimesPerform leak checks on installed assemblies to ensure tool vacuum integrityReview Statistical Process Control charts for process quality and react to Out of Control conditions, including defect troubleshootingPerform visual inspections (quality check)Recover from process and tool interruptionsIdentify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and costComplete all required reporting and documentationUnderstand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirementsPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Monitor, control, and qualify state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor equipmentWhat You'll Bring (Requirements):Min 3 years of semiconductor machine maintenance experience that includes AMAT RTP/RTA process equipment with advanced troubleshooting skills to drive solutions on down tools.What Sets You Apart (Preferred):Min 5 years of AMAT RTP/RTA process equipment experienceAssociate's degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or similar technical courseworkDemonstrated ability to operate automated or computerized systems and MS Office softwareAbility to read and understand manuals, prints, and operations specificationsFamiliarity with AMAT software and systemsWorking knowledge of Statistical Process Control methodologies & systems.Equipment or process maintenance experience in semiconductor manufacturingFamiliarity with Lean processes & activities and Kaizen teams
