LF Lamination Operator I

Overview The LF Lamination Operator I is an entry level, non-exemptposition that reports to the LF Management Team. The LF LaminationOperator I is responsible for operating the auto lamination machines andinspecting finished products of a wide range of ROSA diagnostic tests.The pay range for this position is \$17.36 to \$23.27 per hour.Compensation Will Be Determined Based On Education, Experience, Andother factors in accordance with applicable laws. Essential FunctionsSet up and properly operate auto lamination machines according toinstructions provided by analyst or supervisor on set up sheet.Preparation and packaging of pre and post lamination samples. Inspectionand approval of finished product to be sent to LF Packaging department.Proper labeling and storage of finished products. Pre-screening andapproval of sponges needed for lamination. Nothing in this jobdescription restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties andresponsibilities to this job at any time. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRequired: Basic English vocabulary. Schedule is Monday through Fridayfrom 6:00am-4:00pm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail. Must be self-motivated and reliable.Preferred: Bilingual: English/Spanish. High School Diploma orEquivalent. Prior Machine Operator Experience. Physical RequirementsMust be able to visually inspect and label defects on a moving componentweb on an auto-lamination machine. Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds3-4 feet onto the proper shelf for storage daily. Able to sit or standfor an extended length of time (60-90 minutes). Will be exposed tofluctuating environmental conditions, i.e. temperatures as low as 4C,and relative humidity less than 20%. We are an equal employmentopportunity employer.
