Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 24 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Job Details: • Work 4x10 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • Limited to 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule • On-call requirements average every 6-7 days with rotating weekend call • Scheduled late shifts designated to stay late if needed • 1 years of experience required in general surgery including urology and gynecology • Must have experience with DaVinci Xi robot for general surgery, urology, and GYN procedures • Orthopedic surgery experience required including scopes and arthroplasty • Must be experienced with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning • Required certification: BLS (AHA only) • Dress code: Hospital-provided black scrubs in the OR • Work with equipment including DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, Beach Chair • Use EPIC EMR system • Focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care • Act as patient advocate at all times • Must be flexible with various case types, hardworking, and team-oriented • Flu vaccination required November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved) Facility: This 244-bed healthcare facility serves over 600,000 people across 22 counties in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois.
