Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Active state licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota
Experience working with PreK-12 students, including a range of speech and language diagnoses
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Primary Duties:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress
Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment for all students
Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families
