School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mapleton, North Dakota

Make a lasting impact supporting PK-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract opportunity beginning with the 2026/2027 school year and running through June 2027. Located just a short drive from Fargo, this position serves a diverse student population in a dynamic educational environment. Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) with CCC certification required. Experience working in a school setting with PK-12 students is highly valued. Strong skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable managing a varied caseload and adapting interventions for diverse learners. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services for a PK-12 caseload. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough records. Consult with teachers and other school staff to support students’ academic and social success. Involve families and caregivers in the therapeutic process for optimal results. Stay up-to-date on best practices and relevant compliance requirements.
