We are proud of our purpose-driven culture, core values of Inclusion, Partnerships, Integrity, and our commitment to a safe and respectful environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare information, drawings, plans and specifications for construction and repair projects.Prepare estimates for selecting vendors or subcontractors.Manage assigned projects and use the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System.Coordinate with engineers, architects, customers, contractors and subcontractors on cost estimate changes.Analyze blueprints and documentation to build time, cost, materials, labor estimates.Consult with clients, vendors, and foremen to discuss and resolve estimation issues.Provide estimates for management to help plan, organize and schedule work.Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other documentation at regular intervals.Assess cost effectiveness and track actual costs versus bids.Review material and labor requirements to decide on production versus purchase.Develop and implement maintenance programs for complex systems.Develop and implement technical training programs for operators and maintenance personnel.Monitor operations and maintenance of complex systems to ensure proper functionality.Perform life-cycle and energy analysis for various facilities, systems and components.QualificationsProfessional Engineer, PMP certification, and IFMA CFM preferred.Bachelor's degree in general studies, engineering or management preferred.Minimum 5 years' experience with construction materials, methods, practices and costs.Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook on a daily basis.Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, architectural and civil engineering terminology and practices preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Capability to reach, kneel, walk, stand and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.May require standing, sitting, climbing stairs, and vehicle access.Perseverance to work under pressure for extended periods.RequirementsValid state driver's license. Must maintain coverage under Tessera insurance.Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
