Quality Control Manager

A well-established precast concrete manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and compliance operations across multiple production facilities. This role will work closely with production, engineering, and plant leadership teams to ensure all products meet applicable industry, customer, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage quality control programs across multiple manufacturing facilities Ensure compliance with PCI, NPCA, ACPA, ASTM, and AASHTO quality standards Lead, mentor, and support plant-level QC personnel and testing teams Design, review, and approve concrete mix designs to meet product performance requirements Oversee testing programs including compressive strength, ASR, Coulomb, resistivity, and related testing methods Conduct internal audits and coordinate third-party certification and inspection audits Investigate non-conformances and lead corrective action and root cause analysis initiatives Partner with engineering teams on product development, specifications, and drawing reviews Interface with customers, inspectors, and project engineers regarding quality-related matters Maintain detailed QC documentation, records, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with DOT and federal infrastructure quality standards Stay current on evolving industry standards, regulations, and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline PE license preferred or actively pursuing licensure Experience within concrete manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial quality environments Strong understanding of ASTM and AASHTO standards Leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations Strong communication and technical reporting abilities Experience with concrete mix design preferred Familiarity with PCI, NPCA, and ACPA certification standards preferred Experience supporting DOT or infrastructure-related projects preferred PCI Level II or III certification preferred Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(K) Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Referral Program Relocation Assistance Career Growth & Professional Development Opportunities Salary: $90K-$130K Ask for: Brenna Job Id: 26264 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
