HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Number of Beds – 40 cardiac surgery stepdown beds · Number of Staff – approximately 100 total · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 charge RN (routinely out of staffing), 13 RN’s, 4 PCT’s, 1.33 HUC o Night Shift – 1 charge RN (routinely out of staffing), 13 RN’s, 4 PCT’s, 0.33 HUC · Patient Ratios – 1:5 patients per RN, 1:13 for PCT’s · Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, CADD epidural pumps, various lifts · EMR - Cerner Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS About HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA At HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, healthcare is not just about the four walls of a facility but about the people who provide and receive care.
