You will work directly alongside the CEO and internal AI team, who lead AI strategy and infrastructure. Your responsibility is to turn ideas into fast, functional, real-world solutions that drive measurable impact across the organization.If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy building at the edge of AI innovation, and want to apply cutting-edge technology to a purpose-driven company transforming both homes and lives, this role offers a rare opportunity to do exactly that.Responsibilities:AI Workflow & Agent DevelopmentDesign, test, and iterate production-ready AI workflows across real estate acquisitions, renovation operations, estate sales, senior transition services, marketing, and back-office functionsBuild AI skills and reusable automation components to support property underwriting, lead qualification, contractor coordination, estate sale inventory processing, and client communicationsDevelop and deploy AI agents supporting intake, seller communication, transition coordination, pricing analysis, and operational task managementImplement retrieval systems (RAG), structured output pipelines, and tool-use patterns for contracts, property data, estate inventories, care placement resources, and internal SOP documentationDevelop AI-powered underwriting tools to analyze property values, ARV projections, renovation budgets, and acquisition riskApplication & Systems DevelopmentBuild lightweight web applications and internal tools supporting acquisitions, renovation tracking, estate sale management, client onboarding, and KPI dashboardsCreate and maintain MCP server integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems) to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, accounting, operations, and AI systemsImplement AI-driven renovation planning tools for scope generation, cost estimation, contractor scheduling, and material selectionCreate internal copilots to assist estate sale teams with inventory categorization, pricing recommendations, and listing generationAutomation & Marketing EnablementBuild automation for marketing workflows including direct mail personalization, digital campaign optimization, and lead scoringDevelop systems that support compliant, compassionate communication for families navigating senior transitions and care placementPerformance, Optimization & GovernanceBuild evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, compliance, and performance of AI outputs — particularly in client-facing and financial workflowsOptimize cost, latency, and model selection while maintaining production-level reliabilityDesign AI systems with appropriate permission boundaries and secure handling of sensitive client, health-related, estate, and financial dataMonitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively improve reliability and user experienceCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate closely with leadership to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy new AI-driven revenue and efficiency initiativesDocument systems, maintain internal AI playbooks, and improve architecture for scalability as the organization expands nationallyStay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend practical implementations aligned with company growth objectivesQualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScriptExperience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineeringExperience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrationsAbility to build and deploy web applications (Vercel, AWS, or similar)Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, or similar databasesExperience designing AI systems with permission and data boundariesComfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review)Strong debugging skills across AI and system integrationsSelf-directed and productive in a remote environmentStrong English communication skillsComfortable operating with autonomyWhat Success Looks LikeWithin 90 days, you will:Ship multiple production AI tools used daily by internal teamsDeploy at least one multi-step agent integrated with company systemsEstablish a reusable AI deployment framework for future buildsWho You AreComfortable working in fast-moving, undefined problem spacesBiased toward shipping and iteration over perfectionPrefer building something functional today rather than polished next monthThink in systems but start with the simplest viable solutionTake ownership end-to-end — from understanding the business need to deploying the solutionDisclaimer: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
