Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located in Phoenix, AZ. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing technical support to address client and staff needs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computer systems. Responsibilities include responding to help desk inquiries, conducting computer repairs, and ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Desktop Computers and basic hardware configurationStrong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk SupportExperience in Troubleshooting various technical issuesKnowledge of Computer Repair and maintenanceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilitiesAbility to work on-site and efficiently address technical needs in a timely mannerAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred
