You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented production facility operators, machinists, mechanics, and inspectors. You will be provided with on-the-job training and learning experience. You will use your expertise and coordination skills to facilitate maintenance activities to support the safe and efficient operations of our facility.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging SAP workload/tasksEnsure compliance with proceduresIncoming inspectionPerform administrative dutiesHidden damage inspectionDisposition maintenance activitiesComply with service bulletinsParticipating in formal on the job trainingWill support 12 hour rotating shiftResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliabilityCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activitiesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and recurring issuesMonitor and track maintenance costs, budget adherence, and resource allocationProvide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians and operatorsStay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in maintenance and reliabilityQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEHigh School Diploma or GEDWE VALUESignificant knowledge of mechanical repairAttention to detail and ability to follow meticulous instructionsWillingness to grow and learnAbility to complete work as instructed and follow upCapable of lifting to 30 poundsSignificant relevant inspection experienceFamiliarity with blueprints and OEM inspection/repair manualsExpert analytical skillsU.s. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
