Job SummaryWe are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Order Selectors to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently select products from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse to fulfill client orders using a double electric pallet jack. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally.Qualifications Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided) Experience operating a double electric pallet jack is preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment Grocery experience is a plusResponsibilities Retrieve products from the freezer section based on client orders Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery Operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all timesPay And Shift DetailsShift starts at 2:30 pm and ends when work is complete Shift: 20 - 28 hours per week 2nd Shift Pay: Performance-based pay, with the average associate earning $22/hour, but never less than $19/hour.
