Bilingual Warehouse General Labor Helper

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and assisting with the organization and movement of inventory to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and move materials, products, and packages within the warehousePick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentAssist with inventory organization and basic stock countsOperate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus)Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazardsFollow company safety procedures and guidelines at all timesAssist supervisors and team members with general warehouse tasks as neededQualifications:Must be BilingualAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsDependable, punctual, and able to follow instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not requiredWork Environment:Warehouse setting with varying temperaturesFast-paced environment with repetitive tasksSchedule:Full-time8am - 5pm may varyOvertime may be required based on workloadEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Previous work experience is required in the logistics field.Basic computer skills such as typing, MS Excel / Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Speaking knowledge of Spanish is helpful.Ability to exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision
