As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our dynamic team. Job Description:The Drywall Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for drywall projects. This role requires an understanding of drywall materials, labor, and construction processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze plans, specifications, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver a successful project. Occasionally conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and labor costs. Prepare bid proposals. Qualifications: Two years of experience as a Drywall Estimator or in a similar construction estimating role. Proficient in estimation software and Google Suite. Experience in reading and interpreting plans, and technical drawings. Ability to read contracts. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A degree in Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
