We are seeking a confident, experienced Laser Technician with a strong existing book of business, proven client retention skills and a strong social media presence who is passionate about aesthetics, entrepreneurship, and helping grow a luxury brand.The ideal candidate is polished, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and understands how to attract, engage, convert, and retain clientele through exceptional service, strategic branding, and consistent online presence.Role DescriptionThis position is located in Plano, Texas.As our Laser Technician, you will perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments while creating elevated client experiences that encourage loyalty, referrals, and long-term retention.
