You arrive Monday morning as the final field authority. You walk elevations, confirm layout, stage crews and subs, and set expectations—quality, safety, schedule. You lead the GC/Owner meeting, resolve issues decisively, and keep momentum. When needed, you jump in as a working superintendent.
