Program Finance Manager

A company is looking for an Electronic Systems Program Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage staff and oversee the generation of EVM deliverables, program controls, EACs, and R&O management Drive accurate program-level budgeting and forecasting, providing insights into funding levels and new business opportunities Collaborate with Program Management and Contracts teams to ensure timely and compliant contract modifications and support audits Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred 7 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry Experience leading teams in Earned Value Management and financial management 2 - 4 years of experience in leading high-performing teams Familiarity with Deltek COBRA & Open Plan
