Head of Hospitality GPO
A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Build the GPO business by defining the operating model and establishing governance and financial tracking mechanisms
Secure and structure strategic vendor partnerships by negotiating agreements and building long-term supplier relationships
Drive adoption and revenue growth by activating customer spend and establishing recurring vendor-funded revenue streams
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation model
Demonstrated experience in negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization models
Proven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or purchasing network
Experience in building a business unit from early stage to scaled revenue
Financially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
