With headquarters in Grand Forks, ND, and terminals in Milton, WI and Anniston, AL, we continue to grow and are seeking a dynamic Logistics Manager to join our team.As a Logistics Manager, you will serve as a critical link between company leadership, dispatchers, drivers (carriers), and customers. This role blends sales, operations, and supply chain planning, with a focus on ensuring the right freight is matched with the right carrier at the right time and price. You will lead logistics operations, support brokerage activities, and drive both revenue growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processesLead and grow company freight brokerage operationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customersNegotiate competitive rates with carriers while meeting customer service expectationsCoordinate and oversee shipment execution, including accurate load confirmations and status updatesMonitor and communicate shipment progress to internal teams and customersEvaluate workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitabilityProvide pricing insights and feedback to leadership to guide rate strategiesCreate and manage project plans, budgets, and timelinesEnsure compliance with carrier screening and company policiesLead, supervise, and support logistics team members, including training new hiresCollaborate with team members to share capacity and support overall operationsQualifications:Strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management (brokerage/dispatch experience preferred)Sales experience and strong negotiation skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetCompetitive, innovative, and results-driven approachCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience with performance-based increasesQuarterly bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance (including plans with $0 deductible options)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off starting on Day 1Paid HolidaysFor more information, please contact Susan at 7014022033.
