All candidate assessments and hiring decisions are made by our recruitment and leadership teams.What's In It For YouLooking for a stable, full-time manufacturing role on nights with strong pay, bonus, and real growth opportunities?$23.00/hr base pay + $2.00/hr shift differential ($25.00/hr effective starting pay)$5,000 sign-on bonusFull benefits package from day one401K Match Up To 6%Night shift 445 PM – 515 AMRotating shift schedule (2-2-3)What You'll DoAs a Manufacturing Operator, you’llOperate and monitor production equipment across multiple areas (blending, fermentation, packaging)Support wet blending, packaging, liquid receiving, fermentation, and other job areas as assignedTrain production operators in new and existing practices; assist team leaders in onboarding new joinersFloat between positions and roles throughout your shift (variety in your day)Use computer systems (FIX operator interface, Inelex, SAP, Excel) to track production and select recipes, cycles, and chemicalsFollow established procedures and run setpoints to achieve QC-approved products with optimal yields at lowest costsWash and clean equipment per sanitation manual; follow GMP program and rulesOperate forklift and aerial lifts; may be certified as a forklift trainerAssist other production operators as neededWhat You'll Need To Be SuccessfulWhat You'll Need To Be Successful And SafeHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum one year of experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferredExperience operating a liquid pasteurizer, HTST, and HDMIs preferredGood arithmetic, reading, and writing skills requiredAbility to be fully trained in Fermentation, Wet Blending, Liquid Receiving, and Spray Drying positions within one yearAbility to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnelCapable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutionsWork Environment And Physical RequirementsAbility to walk and stand regularly; climb stairs and laddersReach, bend/stoop, crouch, squat, push/pull, and manipulate frequentlyFrequently lift product up to 50 pounds from various positionsTalking, hearing, vision, reading, and writing requiredWork primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasksExposure to humidity, dust, fumes, noise, and chemical agents; hearing protection requiredFloor surfaces may be wet; temperature varies by season and taskExposure to confined spaces including tank entryKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
