All candidate assessments and hiring decisions are made by our recruitment and leadership teams.What's In It For YouLooking for a stable, full-time packaging role with strong pay, overtime eligibility, and real growth opportunities?$22.25/hr base payRotating shifts 4/3 scheduleOvertime eligibleFull benefits package from day oneWhat You'll DoAs a Packaging Operator, you’llStage and blend ingredients, package products, and clean blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periodsPerform daily setup, cleaning, and operation of powders, cultures, and liquid packaging equipmentConduct daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment (screen checks, metal detector, tool checklist) and understand the importance of these checksIssue and receipt materials in SAP; accurately enter data and follow work instructionsWash and clean equipment per sanitation manual; follow GMP program and rulesOperate forklift per training proceduresDemonstrate leadership in safety—observe and enforce safety rules, encourage safe work behaviors, and promptly correct unsafe conditions or behaviorsEndorse Quality & Food Safety Policies, assure conformance to all requirements, and report failures to site managementWork closely with site managers, supervisors, team leads, and all production personnelWhat You'll Need To SucceedRequiredHigh school diploma or GEDManufacturing or maintenance experience preferredAbility to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnelCapable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutionsWork Environment And Physical RequirementsAbility to walk and stand regularly; climb stairs and laddersReach, bend/stoop, crouch, squat, push/pull, and manipulate frequentlyFrequently lift product up to 55 pounds from various positions; occasional requirement to lift over 55 poundsWork primarily indoors, with exposure to humidity, dust, fumes, noise, and chemical agents; hearing protection requiredFloor surfaces may be wet; temperature varies by season and taskOn occasion, close proximity to moving objects and sharp tools; limited room for movement when staging productKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
