Launching in 2028, Scenic Ikon will join the Discovery Yacht fleet as a next-generation, ultra-luxury vessel designed for polar and warm-water exploration, offering elevated design, immersive experiences, and all-inclusive indulgence across 21 countries and 110 ports in its inaugural season.Scenic Group US/LATAM is looking to hire a Manager, Key Accounts to join our team in our Hollywood, FL corporate office as the preferred location; however, remote candidates may also be considered.The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Director of Key & National Accounts, the Key Accounts Manager will manage the headquarter relationships, strategy and performance of a defined portfolio of key account agencies and consortia. This position is instrumental in driving top-line activity and is growth-focused and aligned with Scenic Group's market strategy and commercial objectives. This role requires a high level of organization, autonomy and partners closely with Field Sales, Charters, Marketing, and Commercial divisions of Scenic Group.Position ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentOwn and deliver sales performance for assigned key accounts and consortiaDevelop and execute strategic account plans to deliver passenger and revenue targetsIdentify opportunities for growth through successful data analysis and thorough understanding of partner business models and capabilitiesUtilize CRM & data systems (HubSpot & Power BI preferred) to manage affiliated agencies, track opportunities, and support forecastingAccount ManagementServe as primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, acting as the senior point of contactConduct regular business reviews, strategy sessions, and performance trackingAct as senior escalation point-of-contact for account?level issues, converting challenges into growth opportunitiesParticipate in agency events including national conferences, top producer events, luxury and river specific events, familiarization sailings and inaugurals, amongst others.Marketing & Commercial PlanningDevelop and manage co?op marketing plans collaboratively with key accounts and internal leadershipOversee execution of campaigns, events, and promotions tied to measurable resultsParticipate in trade conferences and industry events, often including evenings and/or weekends and occasional international travel, to support commercial objectives and account growthCommunication & CollaborationPartner cross?functionally to align sales, marketing, and commercial executionProvide consistent feedback and insights to leadership on market conditions and competitive dynamicBudget & Resource ManagementWork effectively within designated budgets, ensuring alignment to ROI and commercial prioritiesEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or Communications preferred) or any equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experienceExperience in headquarter level management & partnership5+ years of cruise industry sales experience, preferredKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of the trade sales channels within the hospitality industryStrong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs.Excellent presentation & persuasion skills (in-person and virtual)Aptitude for problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills.Proven success in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful in meeting deadlinesAbility to clearly communicate and present information to stakeholders at all levels of the business, both internally and externally.Expertise in building presentation decks and data visualization toolsComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointExemplary budget managementWhat We OfferGenerous vacation and paid time off policyMedical/dental/vision insurance401k (match)Dental insuranceHealthcare spending or reimbursement accounts such as HSAs or FSAsRetirement benefits or accountsCommuting/travel assistanceEmployee discountsJob Type: Full-time Location: Hollywood, FL preferred Travel: Up to 40% Work authorization: United States (Required)
