Supply Chain Manager
Position SummaryWe are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Manager to manage production and inventory planning across multiple sites in North America. This role focuses on ensuring product availability while balancing demand, capacity, and inventory levels in a seasonal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage production plans across multiple manufacturing sitesAlign production schedules with forecasted demand and seasonal peaksWork closely with plant managers to optimize capacity and efficiencyOversee inventory planning across multiple warehousesSet and manage safety stock levels and reorder pointsBalance inventory levels with service goals and cost controlPartner with sales, marketing, and finance on demand planningSupport monthly demand planning processesTurn forecasts into production and distribution plansManage product flow across the U.S., Mexico, and CanadaAccount for lead times, logistics, and cross-border movementOptimize warehouse stocking based on regional demandPlan for peak seasonal demand and high-volume periodsIdentify and reduce risks in supply chain operationsUse ERP/MRP systems for planning and trackingMonitor KPIs such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, and on-time deliveryDrive continuous improvements across supply chain processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operationsExperience managing multi-site and/or multi-country planning environmentsStrong understanding of seasonal and demand-driven planningAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsERP/MRP system experience requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
