Administrative/HR Assistant PositionThe Administrative/HR Assistant provides critical administrative and human resources support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role supports managers and employees through organization, communication, and coordination of HR-related activities while handling confidential and time-sensitive information. Approx 3 month position Up to $22/hr. Highlights of the Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant Position:Blend of administrative support and human resources responsibilities Hands-on involvement in onboarding, employee support, and HR processes Opportunity to support company events and employee engagement initiatives High-impact role supporting daily office operations and leadership teams Exposure to HR systems, compliance, and employee records management Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant Include:Answer and route incoming calls; greet and direct visitors in a professional manner Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes Maintain organized filing systems and retrieve records, emails, and documents as needed Support HR functions including maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding, and responding to basic HR inquiries Assist with payroll-related tasks and ensure accuracy of HR documentation and audits Help plan and execute company events, employee programs, and special initiatives (e.g., benefits enrollment, recognition events)
