Sr. Python AI/ML Engineer – Lumi (GCP)Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 onsite)Required Skills:8+ years of experience in Python development with strong coding and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience in AI/ML concepts, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.Experience with Python libraries/frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.Experience with Lumi(GCP)/AI-powered development tools, Azure AI services, or cloud-based AI platforms.Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies.Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Azure AI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Vector Databases, NLP, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI.
