Preconstruction/Design Manager

Clark Pacific is seeking a Preconstruction / Design Integration Manager to lead and coordinate design-phase and preconstruction efforts for Design-Build projects. This role ensures alignment across design, estimating, procurement, and construction planning to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.This position plays a critical role in managing the design phase, including defining key deliverables, driving design schedules, identifying and resolving risks early, and leading procurement and buyout efforts.
