Key Responsibilities Own the application security program, identifying risks, setting priorities, and driving implementation across engineering teams Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews, embedding security thinking into architecture and feature design Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines and manage vulnerability assessments, ensuring actionable security signals Required Qualifications 10+ years of application security experience with a proven track record of managing security programs Deep expertise in threat modeling, secure design review, and vulnerability assessment Ability to operate independently and influence engineering teams without direct authority Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines with a focus on prevention Solid understanding of cloud security principles and their intersection with application security
