Warranty Manager

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial manufacturer to place a hands-on operations leader who is ready to make a real impact. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the President. This position is where your work is seen, your decisions matter, and your results are recognized at the top level of the organization.Service and Warranty Manager will be responsible for:Take full ownership of the field service function and warranty workDrive warranty program design, claim processes and best practicesEnsure cost controls and contractor results are established and tracked. Establish relationships and direct a national network of installation and service subcontractors with clear performance standardsServe as the key decision-maker on escalated field issues between the field and leadershipReport on warranty costs, claim trends, and contractor performance to senior leadershipLead and develop a team of six service and warranty professionalsService and Warranty Manager background should include:5+ years of hands-on experience managing field service or warranty operations for installed commercial or industrial equipmentDesigned a warranty program and strong understanding of RMA mechanics Proven experience managing a subcontractor or dealer network with real accountabilityContributed to writing or revising warranty terms in partnership with legal or operationsFamiliarity with ERP or field service software such as Acumatica or ServiceMaxExperience leading a team of field coordinators or service technician
