As a front-line partner to faculty and staff, this role provides hands-on support, dynamic training, and guidance on using assessment tools and interactive dashboards to track student learning outcomes, program performance, operational effectiveness, and accreditation evidence. The coordinator actively collaborates with academic departments, Institutional Research, and Information Technology to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and promote a culture of data-informed decision-making through accessible, accurate, and impactful use of assessment data.Job Related Minimum Required Education And Experience:Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.Preferred Qualifications:Masters in higher education, educational technology, instructional design, data/analytics, or a related field.Prior experience providing front-line support or training for a learning management system, assessment platform, or similar educational technology.Familiarity with basic reporting from educational systems (e.g., exporting data, running standard reports) and with regional or specialized accreditation expectations.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Effectively work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment. Excellent communication in verbal and written form, including procedural and training documentation. High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Excellent decision making and organization skills; productive time management. Proficient in various reporting tools (examples: Excel, Access, Tableau, Cognos, etc.).Professional commitment to responsibly secure and maintain confidential information.Job Duty:Faculty and Staff Support & Training - Serve as the primary first line contact for faculty and staff RCampus questions, including setting up assessments within existing templates, linking assignments, attaching artifacts, and documenting results and actions. Provide on-on-one assistance, drop-in support and scheduled training sessions to help users complete assessment tasks in RCampus. Create and update user-focused documentation (quick guides, FAQs, short videos) tailored to common RCampus workflows.Essential Function:YesPercentage Of Time:40Job Duty:Routine RCampus Administration - Maintain user accounts, roles and permissions following established standards and directions from senior staff. Set up terms. assessment cycles, and standard course/program shells using exisiting configuration patterns. Make minor updates to templates, rubrics and workflows within the defined RCampus structure; escalate more complex configuration questions to senior staff or the vendor.Percentage Of Time:30Job Duty:Reporting & Accreditation Support - Run standard RCampus reports and exports at the request of the Institutional Assessment, Institutional Research or academic units. Assist with organizing and formatting downloaded reports and artifacts for accreditation documentation, program review, and internal assessment summaries. Help maintain organized electronic repositories of RCampus-generated evidence for use in self-studies and audits.Percentage Of Time:15Job Duty:Monitoring Usage & Basic Data Quality – Track basic system usage indicators such as completion of required assessments, missing artifacts, or overdue tasks and communicate follow-up reminders to departments. Identify recurring user issues or bottlenecks and share observations with Institutional Assessment and DoIT to inform process or training improvements.Percentage Of Time:10Job Duty:Other Duties as Assigned – Participate in meetings, workshops, and projects related to assessment , accreditation, and educational technology as appropriate for an early-career professional.
