This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and wants hands-on experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.The Project Engineer plays a key role in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and maintaining project quality and organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordinationManage RFIs, submittals, and project documentationTrack project procurement activitiesCoordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownersMaintain accurate project records and meeting minutesSupport quality control and quality assurance.Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetParticipate in project meetings and site walksAssist with project closeout documentation and punch listsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred0–5 years of commercial construction experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareExperience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to learnValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth benefitsPaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan / 401(k)Career growth opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to work on impactful projects throughout Central WashingtonWhy Join Us?We’re building more than projects — we’re building long-term careers and strong communities across Central Washington.
