The business is a leader in the provision of water evaporation, water management, underground ventilation, sound attenuation, and noise control solutions.With over 150 years of combined experience, the business has successfully delivered thousands of 'world-first' projects for hundreds of clients across the globe.About the Role:Responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic multinational client relationships across global markets for Minetek. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client partnerships, identifying global opportunities, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across regions and business units.The role acts as a trusted advisor to major clients in industries including mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial processing, and related sectors, while collaborating closely with regional leaders, business development teams, engineering, project delivery, and executive stakeholders.Responsibilities:Developing and executing comprehensive global strategies for key multinational accounts, aligning long-term client objectives with company capabilities to maximize lifetime value and strategic partnership depthIdentifying, and converting, high-value strategic opportunities across existing and prospective multinational clients, leveraging data-driven insights and competitive intelligenceDriving significant revenue growth, and leading market expansion initiatives by uncovering new business lines, geographies, and solution areas within strategic accountsLeading high-impact executive-level engagement, including C-suite presentations, strategic workshops, and industry initiatives that position the company as a trusted advisorActing as the client advocate, building and nurturing robust executive-level relationships globally to strengthen loyalty and influence decision-making at the highest levelsEnsuring a consistently outstanding client experience by upholding rigorous delivery standards, proactively addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement across all touchpointsMonitoring and optimising client satisfaction metrics (including Net Promoter Score – NPS), implementing targeted action plans to maintain world-class satisfaction and retention levelsProviding strategic oversight to align internal resources, delivery teams, and supportfunctions with evolving client needs and prioritiesMonitoring global market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform account strategies and anticipate client requirementsFostering strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, product, marketing, and support teams to deliver integrated client solutionsSetting clear performance goals, establish accountability frameworks, and cultivate a high-performance, client-obsessed culture across the global accounts teamShare best practices, drive adoption of winning methodologies, and actively support talent development and succession planning initiatives.Proactively managing strategic risks, compliance requirements, and potential issues while implementing enabling technologies and tools to enhance productivity and visibility.Skills & Experience:Expertise in Strategic Account Management methodologies, including the design and execution of global/multinational account structures and complex solution sellingStrong enterprise sales strategy and business development skills with a proven track record of growing revenue, account penetration, and share of wallet in large multinational accountsExceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at C-suite and board level, with outstanding executive presentation abilities and experience leading strategic client partnerships across multiple regionsStrong commercial and financial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM disciplineHighly developed strategic thinking, with the ability to develop comprehensive global account strategies, business plans, analytical reporting, and accurate forecastingProven global and cross-cultural leadership capability, with experience leading through influence in complex matrix organisations, building high-performing teams, and driving changeDeep industry knowledge and well-established network in the mining, oil & gas, industrial infrastructure, engineering, or technical solutions sectors, including understanding of industrial project delivery and capital projectsEntrepreneurial mindset, strong client orientation, resilience, and excellent verbal and written communication skillsCulture and BenefitsMinetek is an organisation with strong company values, a business that cares about the personal and professional development of its employees.
