This role partners closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the design and implementation of systems and applications that drive organizational success.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively across business and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & DocumentationLead the collection and documentation of detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new initiativesPrepare comprehensive system requirements specificationsDevelop user guides, process documentation, and technical reference materialsSystems & Process AnalysisConduct in-depth system analysis, including process modeling and workflow mappingPerform data analysis to support system improvements and decision-makingIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization Collaboration & Implementation SupportWork cross-functionally with IT, business units, and project teams to ensure effective system integrationSupport system design discussions and implementation planningAssist in testing, validation, and deployment efforts Continuous Improvement & LeadershipContribute to the development of advanced business systems analysis methodologies and best practicesMentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analysis projectsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across business systems Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roleProficiency in business process modeling tools and requirements management softwareStrong knowledge of system analysis techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
