Position: Aesthetic Academy Trainer / EducatorJob type: full-time or part-timeLocation: Orange, CAResponsibilitiesOperationsOversee all clinical operations company-wide in accordance with company protocols and practices Develop and implement clinical SOPs and policies Analyze and oversee the operational flow to ensure consistency across a multi-location company Collaborate with providers to ensure effective clinical quality and performance Work directly with office leads and management staff to ensure providers are remaining compliant Analyze provider data (e.g., hourly sales and percentage booking) to uncover inefficiencies and streamline protocols for operational development Update existing protocols and SOPs Training and development Develop and provide training for all aesthetic providers on treatments, risk management, and compliance Training new providers will include operations such as charting, consenting, flow of medical assistants, consultation, best practices to cross promote treatments, etc. Provide hands-on training on all aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, body sculpting treatments, lasers, threads, etc. Create a training development protocol utilizing our training platform, LMS 365, videos, and in-person training Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of provider staff Management Liaison Provide leadership to the medical provider staff Develop assessments in collaboration with management to create action plans and provide guidance to providers Meet regularly with providers to promote shared learning and growth Assess provider needs and clearly communicate to appropriate management Attend monthly managers meetings to touch base and check in on provider staff Act as a liaison between the providers communication and the company/upper management staff Assist in the annual review process of provider staff RequirementsActive RN or NP license required. NP is preferred. Experience as an Aesthetic Injector for a minimum of 4-5 years Experience in training on aesthetic treatments, protocols, and compliance Proven leadership and management skills with desire to grow a company business-wide Strong verbal and written communication skills
