Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Behavior Technician/RBT: Are you passionate about making a tangible impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician works 1:1 in learner homes and in the community delivering ABA programming for children with autism.Compensation: $18-$27 Location: Phoenix, AZ Why You Should Apply: Ongoing, paid advanced training in applied behavior analysis led by BCBA-Ds Free supervision by doctoral-level BCBAs for graduate students as long as you work for us and remain an active employee Health Insurance for full-time employees PTO and Sick Time Pay for Performance-based Rates 401K matchingWhat We're Looking For: Must Have 2 yr. of experience providing ABA to children with autism Must have a 4-year college degree in a related field Must be able to arrive on time and avoid cancellations MUST HAVE Experience using Applied Behavior Analysis procedures that include: Discrete trials Response Interruption and Redirection Differential Reinforcement Shaping Pairing existing reinforcers with neutral items/activities to create new reinforcers continually Conducting preference assessments Naturalistic teaching procedures Pivotal Response Training Incidental Teaching Procedures Teaching Interaction Procedure (for complex social skills).
