Media Production Specialist

As the Media Production Specialist for Norway Savings Bank, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect- with our customers, our communities and each other. From content for social media and the Norway Savings Bank website, to in-branch displays, talent recruitment and team member training, you'll create compelling visual experiences that support our marketing goals, strengthen our culture, and elevate the employee and customer experience. Working closely with our Marketing team and partners across the Bank, you'll transform ideas into meaningful, engaging content that reflects who we are and the impact we strive to make every day. This position will be located out of our main branch office in Norway, ME. Essential Pieces of the Position:Provides creative direction for video production. Writes scripts and/or storyboards for projects. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to create meaningful, polished videos. Demonstrates patience and provides on-camera guidance for video subjects, including executives and community leaders. Schedules video shoots with key personnel (internal and external) and for events. Conducts interviews with subjects when needed. Shoots video footage with a variety of equipment. Shoots still photos (professional headshots or check presentations). Provides troubleshooting and guidance for video setups, lighting, and audio to ensure high-quality productions. Edits videos for appropriate use using self-recorded video and comprehensive post-production skills to create professional videos. Re-edits/re-purposes existing videos. Maintains compliance standards and records for audit. Provides guidance for obtaining new equipment as part of the budget process. Assists with building yearly editorial/content calendar. Maintains contact with internal and external resources for video opportunities. Pitches ideas to Marketing and other Bank staff when necessary. Secures and organizes media releases. What We're Looking For:At least two years of experience with the video production and/or creative media production process. Preferably in a client-facing position. Preference will be given to people with graphic design experience. Knowledge of bank products and financial services in general, along with customer segmentation experience in terms of identifying and understanding financial services needs is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms and video editing software. A background in Marketing either educationally or in practical experience is preferred.
