Customs Broker

Job ResponsibilitiesFollow up on the daily customs clearance process, including terminal pickup, warehouse operations, and truck handover. Prepare daily and weekly customs clearance reports on time, including monitoring of both normal and abnormal clearance cases.Coordinate daily operations with airline cargo terminals, customs brokers, warehouses, and other related parties to ensure smooth handling of e-commerce cargo.Upload operational checkpoints in a timely manner and monitor clearance lead time KPIs to ensure service performance targets are achieved.Coordinate daily truck dispatch with trucking vendors and arrange shipment loading and delivery to last-mile stations.Monitor monthly operational costs and support cost control initiatives related to customs clearance and warehouse operations.Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of work experience in a well-known international freight forwarding company, customs brokerage company, logistics company, or related field. Hands-on experience in daily customs clearance and warehouse operations is required.Strong understanding of e-commerce parcel operations, warehouse processes, customs clearance procedures, and Entry Type 86 regulations.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software. Strong data analysis skills are preferred.Strong ability to work under pressure, with a result-oriented mindset and strong execution capability.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
