Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ **Support** patients with daily living activities and personal care to maintain their dignity, comfort, and physical well-being during their stay.+ **Facilitate** seamless patient transitions by assisting with safe entry and exit, ensuring a welcoming and organized start and end to their care journey.+ **Monitor** and communicate real-time changes in a patient's physical or emotional state to the nursing team to ensure rapid response and safety.+ **Document** patient care interactions and milestones to maintain accurate, high-quality records that support the broader clinical team.+ **Maintain** a healing environment by ensuring patient rooms are orderly and medical equipment is ready for immediate, safe use.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
